ARTICULO 1.1.0.7.- EJERCICIO DE LAS FACULTADES. De conformidad con el artículo 8o. de la Ley 35 de 1993 las funciones de intervención de que trata el artículo anterior serán ejercidas por el Gobierno Nacional por conducto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.

Parágrafo TRANSITORIO

Sin embargo, el Gobierno dictará las disposiciones que sean necesarias en desarrollo de dichas facultades antes del 30 de junio de 1993, sin perjuicio del ejercicio posterior de tales facultades cuando resulte procedente conforme a la ley.
