Son titulares de los derechos reconocidos por la Ley:

A. El autor de su obra;

B. El artista, intérprete o ejecutante, sobre su interpretación o ejecución;

C. El productor, sobre su fonograma;

D. El organismo de radiodifusión sobre su emisión;

E. Los causahabientes, a título singular o universal, de los titulares anteriormente citados;

F. La persona natural o jurídica que, en virtud de contrato obtenga por su cuenta y riesgo, la producción de una obra científica, literaria o artística realizada por uno o varios autores en las condiciones previstas en el artículo 20 de esta Ley.
