El que impida o perturbe por medio de amenazas, ultrajes o demostraciones de menosprecio o vilipendio, la celebración de ceremonias, funciones religiosas de cualquier culto permitido en la Nación, está sujeto a la pena de arresto de uno a seis meses y a la de multa de veinte a doscientos pesos.
