º. Las explotaciones de canteras requieren otorgamiento de un título por parte del Ministerio de Minas y Energía. Igualmente lo requieren aquellas que tiene por objeto extraer pétreos desintegrados hasta el tamaño de gravas y arenas de las vegas de inundación y de las terrazas aluviales. Las explotaciones de los materiales de construcción, de arrastre, ubicados en el cauce de las corrientes de agua, requerirán permiso del Instituto Nacional de Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente, Inderena, de acuerdo con el numeral ñ) del artículo 184 del Decreto-ley 501 de 1989.
