La presente Ley tiene por objeto la creación del Sistema Nacional de Alertas Tempranas para la Prevención de la Violencia Sexual contra los Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes, modificar la Ley 1146 de 2007 y establecer medidas que articulen la identificación, atención, prevención y reducción de los principales factores de riesgo de violencia sexual contra los menores de edad en Colombia.
