Cualquier decisión adoptada por un órgano jurisdiccional u otra autoridad que pretenda dejar sin efecto la amnistía, el indulto u otra medida adoptada en el sistema, tendrá que ser sometida al Tribunal para la Paz, para que este verifique si dicha decisión conculca los principios y normas del SIVJRNR.
