Art. 331. Cuando, mediante acuerdo entre los Directores de estos Institutos y el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública, se hallare ser necesario en beneficio del respectivo Instituto el que alguno ó algunos de los Padres Salesianos emprendan viaje á Europa, éste será costeado por el Gobierno á razón de 2.000 francos en oro por cada persona.
