Los militares que, sin estar en servicio activo, quieran contribuir par el Montepío, deberán solicitar, ante la Junta Directiva, su inscripción entre los contribuyentes, acompañando un certificado del Ministro de Guerra, en que conste el grado del militar solicitante, y que no ha sido borrado del Escalafón general.
