ARTICULO 7o . Prohíbese la importación al amparo de este tratamiento preferencial de armas, explosivos y publicaciones que atenten contra la moral y las buenas costumbres; mercancías cuya importación se encuentre expresamente prohibida en el artículo 81 de la Constitución Política o en virtud de Convenios o tratados en que Colombia sea parte; los productos precursores de estupefacientes, las drogas y los estupefacientes, no autorizados por el Ministerio de Salud Pública.
