Art. 5.° La guarda i custodia del mueblaje, asi del Senado i de la Cámara de Representantes, como de sus respectivas Secretarías, i su conservacion en buen estado de servicio, corresponde al Director de Obras públicas, quien tomará las medidas necesarias para evitar su deterioro i pérdida; debiendo formar en doble ejemplar un inventario especificado de todo ello, pasar el uno a la Secretaría de Hacienda i Fomento i conservar el otro en su Oficina.
