° Objetivo de El Fondo. El Fondo está destinado al otorgamiento de Becas y Apoyos Financieros con fines educativos a los candidatos seleccionados por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía de conformidad con lo establecido en el presente Decreto. También podrá el Ministerio de Minas y Energía adquirir o contratar con cargo a El Fondo los llamados Elementos Educativos en los términos del presente Decreto.
