El contrato entre los demás colaboradores y el productor deberá contener salvo disposición expresa en contrario, la cesión y transferencia en favor de éste, de todos los derechos patrimoniales sobre la obra cinematográfica, estando facultado el productor a explotarla para todas las formas y procedimientos, inclusive reproducirla, arrendarla y enajenarla.
