ARTICULO 5o. De conformidad con la Sentencia C-192 del 15 de abril de 1997 proferida por la Corte Constitucional, las Secciones a las cuales se les reduce un monto global del Presupuesto de Gastos, deberán determinar las partidas específicas afectadas con tal medida y comunicarlas dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la publicación del presente decreto al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público- Dirección General del Presupuesto Nacional.
