A todo reo que hubiere cumplido su condena, se le entregarán, si lo exige, los jornales que hubiere devengado, deduciendo del monto de ellos el costo ordinario de la alimentación por los días útiles en que hubiere dejado de trabajar y los gastos de vestuario y frazadas.
