Art. 6.º Cuando hayan de practicarse diligencias judiciales fuera del lugar de la residencia del respectivo Juez ó Magistrado la parte ó partes interesadas en la práctica de dichas diligencias suministrarán los vehículos necesarios, salvo su derecho contra la parte condenada en costos y costas.
