El numeral 6 del artículo 1.5.1.4 de la Resolución 400 de 1995 de la Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores quedará así: "6. Los intermediarios de valores a los que se refiere el numeral 1.2 del artículo 1.1.3.12 de la presente resolución, sólo podrán efectuar operaciones de adquisición y enajenación de valores directamente y por cuenta propia, a menos que su régimen legal les permita realizar otras operaciones de intermediación".
