º. La Caja de Crédito Agrario, creada por la Ley 57 de 1931, se denominará en lo sucesivo Caja de Crédito Agrario e Industrial , funcionará como entidad separada del Banco Agrícola Hipotecario y se regirá por lo prescrito en la citada Ley, por el Decreto orgánico número 1998 de1931 y por el presente Decreto, cuyas disposiciones serán de preferente aplicación en cuanto sean incompatibles con aquéllas.
