º . Modifícase el literal b) del artículo 6º y adiciónase otro literal al mencionado artículo del Decreto número 167 del 24 de enero de 1995, los cuales quedarán así: "b) El pago de los costos del reaseguro contratado por el Fondo Nacional de Riesgos Agropecuarios o las compañías de seguros que exploten el ramo de seguro a la inversión agrícola, por concepto de retrocesiones". "d) Atender el pago del subsidio a la prima de seguro del productor agropecuario, del Fondo Nacional de Riesgos Agropecuarios de acuerdo con las determinaciones de la Comisión Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario".
