La Junta encargada de la inversión de la partida de que trata esta Ley, tomará de ella la suma necesaria para el retrato al óleo de don Aquileo Parra que debe ser colocado en el salón de sesiones del Consejo Municipal de Barichara, conforme al artículo 3º de la Ley 49 de 1923 .
