ARTICULO 128. Declaración de bienes . Ningún funcionario público distrital entrará a ejercer funciones sin antes declarar bajo juramento el monto de sus bienes y rentas. Dicha declaración podrá hacerse en escrito que no requerirá formalidades especiales y se acompañará al acta de posesión. Igual declaración deberá hacer cuando se retire del servicio o cuando así se lo solicite autoridad competente.
