º La elección de delegados se llevará a cabo cada dos (2) años, en el mes de mayo, en la fecha que fije por Resolución el Ministerio de Minas y Energía. Cuando por cualquier circunstancia las elecciones no se realizaren en la fecha fijada, deberán efectuarse a más tardar dentro de los quince (15) días calendario siguientes.
