Compra o venta con responsabilidad: Es la compraventa de cartera de créditos de libranza en la cual el vendedor se ha obligado a pagar el valor del crédito vendido en el evento en que no sea pagado por el deudor principal, o a reemplazar el título con otro, o cualquier otra figura en la cual se haga responsable por la ausencia de pago del crédito libranza.
