Art. 3.° En ningún caso se permitirá que asilados o emigrados políticos fijen su residencia a una distancia menor de un miriámetro de la línea divisoria con la Nación que se halla en estado de guerra, computada esa distancia en toda su extensión paralela de esa dicha línea.
