Artículo único. Dedúcense del Presupuesto de gastos para el año económico de 1908 las siguientes partidas: MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES DEPARTAMENTO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES Capítulo 23, Servicio diplomático.

Parágrafo

Las oficinas respectivas describirán en sus libros las operaciones a que hubiere lugar.
