El Ejército de seis mil individuos de tropa constará de tres Divisiones, cada División de dos Brigadas de infantería y cada una de éstas tendrá dos Regimientos del arma.

Parágrafo

Habrá, por tanto, las unidades siguientes: doce Regimientos de infantería, con dos Batallones de dos Compañías; un Regimiento de caballería de tres Escuadrones; un Grupo de artillería de tres Baterías; un Batallón de Ingenieros de tres Compañías, y un Batallón de tren de tres Compañías. Suma, diez y seis Cuerpos de tropa.
