Prorrógase por treinta días más el tiempo fijado en el artículo 2º. del Decreto número 1057 de 1908, que se reforma, para que los conductores de sal con derecho a prima a los antiguos Departamentos de Caldas, Cauca y Nariño puedan hacerse expedir las torna guías por los Administradores de Hacienda respectivos. Dicho término es definitivo é improrrogable, y comenzará a contarse desde el día siguiente al en que terminó el plazo fijado en el Decreto que se reforma.
