Sergio Arboleda, quien, durante su larga carrera pública, prestó á la Nación importantes y valiosos servicios, ya en desempeño de elevados destinos, ya en la defensa y difusión de los genuinos principios republicanos, por medio de la prensa, ya, en fin, con su ardua y perseverante consagración a la instrucción de la juventud.
