El artículo 5º del Decreto 1118 de 1994 quedará así: Porcentaje mínimo de Integración Nacional: Las empresas ensambladores de motocicletas deberán cumplir anualmente con el Porcentaje de Integración Nacional (PIN) mínimo, definido en el artículo 3º del Decreto 1118 de 1994, de la siguiente manera: PIN mínimo = 12% hasta diciembre 31 de 1995. 14% desde el 1º. de enero de 1996 hasta el 31 de diciembre del mismo año. 16% del 1º. de enero de 1997 en adelante.
