Desde la sanción de la presente Ley, las relaciones de los enfermos de lepra, recluidos en los Lazaretos de la Nación, no podrán ser menores de sesenta centavos ($ 0.60) diarios para cada persona y las raciones de los niños sanos, hijos de enfermos de lepra a cargo del Estado en establecimientos especiales de educación no serán menores de cuarenta centavos ($ 0.40) diarios.
