Articulo 5 º D el régimen aplicable al producto de la pesca. El producto de la pesca que se capture, procese, transporte, comercialice o consuma en el territorio nacional, deberá someterse a la reglamentación contenida en el presente Decreto y a las disposiciones complementarias que en desarrollo del mismo o con fundamento en la Ley 09 de 1979 expida el Ministerio de Salud.
