° Son nulas las convenciones que en cualquier forma evadan las disposiciones sobre el precio máximo autorizado por este Decreto. Son igualmente nulas las convenciones que limiten el número de personas que puedan ocupar el inmueble; o la edad de las mismas, salvo lo que prescriban las autoridades de higiene.
