OBLIGACIÓN DE SERVICIO Y CAUCIÓN. Los Agentes ascendidos a Suboficiales tendrán la obligación de servir en el nuevo escalafón por un tiempo mínimo de dos (2) años. Cuando se retiren a solicitud propia, antes de dicho término, pagarán a la Policía Nacional, una suma equivalente al cincuenta por ciento (50%) de sueldo básico por cada mes o fracción que dejen de servir.
