Articulo 31. Si las mercancias depositadas estuvieren amenazadas de dmerito la Gerencia lo comunicara al interesado y en casos urgentes procedera a ejecutar las operaciones y maniobras necesarias para su conservacion aun sin avisar a los que con tal motivo se ocasionen seran cubiertos por los interesados.
