Artículo tercero. Para tener derecho al subsidio a que se refiere el artículo primero, los autobuses o buses deberán estar dedicados en forma regular y exclusiva a la prestación del servicio de transporte urbano en la respectiva localidad y a las tarifas fijadas en la Resolución número 0039, de febrero de 1963, originaria de la Superintendencia de Regulación Económica.
