Para todos los efectos legales se entiende que no hay solución de continuidad para los funcionarios que en la fecha de aprobación de este Acuerdo estén laborando en la Unidad Programática Local, de Naturaleza Especial de la Guajira, y sean incorporados a la Planta que se establece en este Decreto.
