Article 2

Cuando Se Produzca El Fallecimiento De Un Oficial, Suboficial O Soldado Que Se Halle En Servicio Activo El Superior Respectivo Informará A La Sección De Personal Correspondiente, Y A Mas Tardar Dentro De Los Cinco Días Siguientes Al Fallecimiento Enviará A Dicha Sección Los Siguientes Documentos E Informaciones: A) Acta De Defunción; B) Matricula Militar, Para El Personal De Soldados

° Cuando se produzca el fallecimiento de un Oficial, Suboficial o soldado que se halle en servicio activo el superior respectivo informará a la Sección de Personal correspondiente, y a mas tardar dentro de los cinco días siguientes al fallecimiento enviará a dicha sección los siguientes documentos e informaciones

Acta de defunción;

Matricula militar, para el personal de soldados.

Nombres y apellidos de los padres, esposa e hijos o familiares que puedan ser beneficiarios:

Lugar en donde residen.
