° Las relaciones de los gastos que se hagan en la Administración de la renta y en el pago de los intereses por cantidades anticipadas y empréstitos hechos al Gobierno, se pasarán en lo sucesivo, mensualmente, al respectivo Ministerio. Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 3° del Decreto número 815 de 1919, y para los efectos del artículo 31 de la Ley 36 de 1918, se considerarán ordinarios todos los gastos que los Administradores delegados tengan que verificar en el cumplimiento del contrato respectivo.
