Art 114. Cuando dichas sentencias resulte la obligación de entregar una finca raíz, y no se efectuare la entrega dentro de tres días de notificada la sentencia, el Juez procederá a la entrega de la cosa haciendo uso de la fuerza si fuere necesario.

En el caso que este artículo no se admitirá opción alguna a las personas a quien perjudica la sentencia conforme al artículo 846 y siguientes del Título 4º. Libro II del Código Judicial, ni a las que se encuentren en el caso final del artículo 851 del mismo Código.
