Tiempo doble. A partir de la vigencia de este Decreto no se reconocerá tiempo doble para ningún efecto. Los tiempos dobles en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 99 del Decreto 2340 de 1971 y disposiciones anteriores sobre la misma materia que se hayan reconocido o se reconozcan por servicios, prestados con anterioridad a la vigencia del presente Decreto, se tendrán en cuenta para la liquidación de las prestaciones sociales de los Agentes favorecidos con tales reconocimientos.
