º. Disposición Transitoria. Las mercancías que a la fecha de vigencia de este Decreto, hayan sido embarcadas hacia Colombia, sin haber obtenido el Certificado de Inspección y cuyo término de almacenamiento no se haya vencido, podrán acogerse al tratamiento previsto en el presente Decreto.
