Naturaleza de las instituciones que ofrezcan el servicio de educación de adultos. Las instituciones educativas o centros de educación de adultos tendrán la naturaleza y carácter de establecimientos educativos por niveles y grados, cuando ofrezcan programas de educación formal de adultos, regulados en esta Sección, y en tal evento deberán organizarse previamente, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 2.3.3.5.3.6.1. de este decreto.

No obstante, podrán celebrar convenio con un establecimiento educativo debidamente constituido que les permita utilizar su planta física y sus medios educativos, siempre y cuando con ello no se afecte la prestación del servicio de la institución cedente.
