Modifíquese el numeral 2 del artículo 3.1.3.1.3 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "2. Entregar la custodia de los valores que integran el portafolio de cada fondo de inversión colectiva administrado a una sociedad de las mencionadas en el artículo 2.37.2.1.1 del presente decreto, de conformidad con lo establecido en el reglamento y en la normatividad aplicable, así como suministrar al custodio la información necesaria para la correcta ejecución de las funciones de custodia.".
