Art. 14. Excítese á la Corte Suprema federal para que haga el nombramiento de un miembro del Jurado como lo dispone la ley de la materia, y notifíquese al General en Jefe del Ejército ó á quien haga sus veces como á miembro designado por la ley, que tan luego como tenga lugar la elección indicada, deberán comenzar las sesiones del Jurado, las cuales se verificarán an el Despacho del Secretario del Tesoro. Funcionará como Secretario del Jurado el Jefe de la Sección de Pensiones de esta Secretaría.
