º Del fondo acumulado de giros postales se destinan $ 500.000 moneda legal como capital del instituto. El resto de dicho fondo se empleará en la compra de equipos para la oficina central del Banco y sus dependencias en el país. Para la adquisición de estos equipos no regirán las limitaciones de que trata el Decreto número 1079 (6 de junio) del presente año.
