Colaboración armónica y respeto mutuo . Las distintas entidades del Estado comprometidas con el desarrollo, ejecución y seguimiento de las medidas y mecanismos contemplados en este decreto deberán trabajar de manera armónica y respetuosa con las comunidades, en concurso con sus autoridades o instancias representativas, con el propósito de garantizar el carácter integral y diferenciado de las medidas de reparación.
