Adición del artículo 2.2.13.1.1.7. a la Sección 1 del Capítulo 1 del Título 13 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1082 de 2015. Adiciónese el artículo 2.2.13.1.1.7. a la Sección 1 del Capítulo 1 del Título 13 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1082 de 2015, el cual quedará así:

“Artículo 2.2.13.1.1.7. Pactos Territoriales. De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 250 de la Ley 1955 de 2019, las referencias a los “Contratos Plan” y al “Fondo Regional para los Contratos Plan” previstas en las disposiciones reglamentarias contenidas en el presente Título, se entenderán efectuadas a los “Pactos Territoriales” y al “Fondo Regional para los Pactos Territoriales”, respectivamente”.
