Una vez en firme la resolución, si el multado no hubiere presentado dentro de las veinticuatro horas siguientes el comprobante de haber consignado el valor de la multa en la Tesorería General de la República, se pasará lo conducente al Juez Nacional de Ejecuciones Fiscales para que haga efectivo el cobro.
