º . Asignaciones mensuales. Las asignaciones mensuales, del personal del nivel ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional, serán determinadas por la disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia.

Parágrafo

Salvos los casos previstos en el artículo 2º de este Decreto o en otras normas legales específicas, ningún miembro del nivel ejecutivo, podrá percibir, por razones del desempeño de sus funciones, sueldos, primas, bonificaciones o cualquier otra clase de remuneración de entidades oficiales del orden nacional, departamental o municipal.
