Articulo 99. De la competencia para otorgar las comisiones Las comisiones para desempeñar cargos de libre nombramiento y remoción deberán ser otorgadas mediante providencia de personal que llevará, las firmas del jefe del organismo o entidad donde e1 funcionario comisionado presta sus servicios y la del jefe del organismo en el cual ha sido nombrado, cuando se trate de Instituciones diferentes.
