Article 15

Todo Contrato De Concesión Para La Construcción De Un Gasoducto Urbano, Deberá Contar Con Una Interventoría Cuyo Costo Estará A Cargo Del Concesionario Y Se Efectuará A Través De Personas Naturales O Jurídicas Especializadas En La Materia Y Debidamente Registradas En La Empresa Colombiana De Petróleos, Ecopetrol

Todo contrato de concesión para la construcción de un gasoducto urbano, deberá contar con una interventoría cuyo costo estará a cargo del concesionario y se efectuará a través de personas naturales o jurídicas especializadas en la materia y debidamente registradas en la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, Ecopetrol. De este registro, el Ministerio de Minas y Energía, designará el interventor.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Minas y Energía ejercerá la fiscalización que le corresponde de acuerdo con la ley y reglamentará los aspectos inherentes a la interventoría.
